No Refund Policy for Packages

At Movement Pilates, we are committed to providing high-quality Pilates instruction and a supportive environment for our clients. To ensure the best experience for all, we have a no refund policy for packages.

Details:

  • All packages (e.g. class packages, private session packages, workshops) are non-refundable.
  • Packages are valid for a specific period (e.g. 30 days, 60 days) from the date of purchase.
  • Unused sessions or classes will expire after the validity period and cannot be refunded or carried over.
    Exceptions:
  • In the event of a serious injury or illness that prevents you from participating in Pilates, we may offer a credit or transfer of unused sessions to another person, with a doctor’s note and management approval.
  • If we cancel a class or session, we will offer a make-up session or credit towards a future class.

  • To ensure that our clients commit to their practice and get the most out of their investment.
  • To maintain a stable and predictable business environment, allowing us to provide high-quality instruction and facilities.
    What to do if you need to cancel or change your package:

  • We may be able to offer alternative arrangements, such as a credit or transfer, on a case-by-case basis.
